Standard MDF sheets for furniture, cabinetry, shelving, wall panelling, boxing-in and general interior joinery. Full 2440 × 1220mm (8 × 4ft) boards are available in 3mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm and 25mm, with a sheet cutting service available on full sheets purchased from us.

Which MDF thickness should I choose?

Can MDF be cut to size?
Yes. Choose the full 2440 × 1220mm sheet, add the cutting option and enter your required measurements. You purchase the complete sheet and we cut that sheet to your instructions.

Why choose standard MDF?
MDF has a smooth, consistent surface that machines cleanly and gives a good base for primer and paint. It is widely used for fitted furniture, cabinets, wardrobes, shelving, wall panelling, boxing-in and decorative interior joinery.
