Is there a small order charge?
A £25 + VAT small order surcharge applies to any delivery order under £100 + VAT. This is waived once your order reaches £100 + VAT.
Why does the website need my postcode?
Your delivery charge and free delivery threshold are set by postcode zone, so you can see the correct price for your area before you checkout.
What if my postcode isn't covered?
If you're outside our online delivery area, checkout may block ordering. Contact us and we can quote delivery where possible.
Why is my delivery cost different from a nearby postcode?
Delivery zones are based on drive time from our yard in Briton Ferry. Postcodes close to a zone boundary may sit in a different zone from a neighbouring street.
Can delivery rates change?
Delivery rates can change over time. The checker always uses the current published rate table.
