We offer flat-rate delivery across a wide area, with free delivery thresholds depending on your location. Delivery charges are calculated automatically using your postcode.
Important: Delivery rates shown on this page are current delivery rates and may change due to fuel prices. For the most accurate and up-to-date delivery cost, please use the shipping calculator on the product page or in your basket.

Our delivery areas are powered by postcode rules. The mileage bands below are provided as a guide only — your postcode determines eligibility and price.

If your postcode is outside our delivery area, online ordering will be blocked. Please contact us before ordering to request a delivery quotation.
Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 2–5 working days.
During busy or seasonal periods, delivery times may extend slightly. Speciality or ordered-in items may take longer — we will advise if this applies to your order.
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Method & Access
All deliveries are made on a kerbside-only basis.
- Drivers will deliver as close to the property as access safely allows
- Drivers cannot enter buildings or private premises
- Large vehicles are used for many deliveries
You are responsible for ensuring suitable access. Please inform us in advance of any restricted access, narrow roads, weight limits, or tight turning areas.
If access is unsuitable, delivery may be refused or rescheduled. Additional charges may apply for failed or aborted deliveries.
Off-Loading
Mechanical off-loading is never guaranteed.

Beyond Kerbside Delivery
Our drivers may assist beyond the kerbside only at the customer’s request.
If you request delivery beyond the kerbside:
- You accept full responsibility for any property damage
- The driver cannot be held liable for damage to surfaces, walls, or structures
Proof of Delivery
A photograph of the delivered goods will be taken as proof of delivery. Please ensure a valid and reachable phone number is provided to avoid delivery issues.

Free Click & Collect is available from our branch. Select “Collect from Branch” at checkout.
