Moisture resistant plasterboard
Moisture resistant plasterboard is designed for humid internal areas where standard plasterboard may not be the best choice. Our moisture resistant tapered edge plasterboard is a 2400 × 1200 × 12.5mm board for walls, ceilings, partitions and dry lining.
Where is moisture resistant plasterboard used?
It is commonly used in kitchens, utility rooms, bathrooms and other internal spaces where humidity or condensation is more likely. It is moisture resistant rather than waterproof, so areas exposed to direct or continuous water need a suitable wet-area system.
Tapered edge moisture resistant board
The tapered long edges leave room for jointing tape and compound, making the board suitable for tape-and-joint finishing. It can also be skimmed where required.
