Timber decking kits and decking packs
Choose a ready-planned timber decking kit when one of the fixed sizes suits your garden. These decking packs group the main boards, treated framing timber, fixings and membrane together rather than making you select each item separately.
We currently offer fixed square kits in 3.6m, 4.2m and 4.8m sizes. If your deck is a different size, the Decking Calculator is the better route for calculating the main materials around your own dimensions.

The fixed decking packs are useful when their dimensions match the deck you want to build. For a different length or width, use the Decking Calculator. Enter your deck size and board direction to calculate the main decking boards, treated 4x2 timbers and screws for a custom layout.
What is included in the fixed decking kits?
The three fixed-size kits include pressure treated decking boards, treated 4x2 timber, decking screws, structural timber screws and weed control membrane. Quantities change with the kit size, so use the individual product page as the source of truth for the exact pack contents.
Balustrade components such as newel posts, handrail, baserail and spindles are not part of the fixed kits. Raised or elevated decking also requires additional structural components and supports appropriate to the installation.

Timber decking kits are available for local delivery within our South Wales delivery area or collection from our Briton Ferry yard. Because the kits contain long timber lengths, check the delivery options for your postcode before ordering.

Is a decking pack the same as a decking kit?
For this range, yes. “Decking kit” and “decking pack” describe the same ready-planned bundles of decking boards, framing timber, fixings and membrane.
What if none of the fixed decking kit sizes fit my garden?
Use the Decking Calculator to calculate the main materials around your own deck dimensions rather than choosing a fixed-size pack.
Do the decking kits include handrails and spindles?
No. The fixed kits contain the main deck surface and framing materials listed on each product page. Balustrade components are additional.
Can I use a fixed decking kit for a raised deck?
The fixed kits are intended around ground-level decking on a suitable prepared base. Raised or elevated decking needs additional supports and structural components that are not included in the standard kit.
