How do I get an accurate delivery price?
Enter your postcode in the shipping calculator on the product page or in your basket. Delivery pricing is postcode-based and may change, so the calculator is always the most accurate.
I’m outside your delivery area — can I still order?
Online checkout will be blocked if we don’t currently deliver to your postcode. Contact us with your postcode and order details and we can advise if delivery is possible by quotation.
Is delivery kerbside only?
Yes. Deliveries are kerbside only. The driver will deliver as close to the property as access safely allows but cannot enter buildings or private property.
Can the driver bring goods beyond the kerbside?
Only if you request it. If you ask for delivery beyond the kerbside, you accept full responsibility for any property damage and the driver cannot be held liable.
Do you provide off-load or a forklift?
Mechanical off-load is not guaranteed. Please assume manual off-load only. If specialist off-loading is required, contact us before ordering.
