Wern-wood Returns and Refund Policy.
At Wern-wood, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. However, as part of our policy, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide in-store credit under the following conditions:
Stocked Items: Stocked items can be returned to uswithin 7 daysof purchase, provided they are in theiroriginal packagingand inoriginal condition. A valid receipt or invoice must be presented at the time of return.
Inspection Process: All returned items will be inspected by our Timber Yard Manager to verify their condition. Only items deemed acceptable will qualify for in-store credit.
Non-Standard/Special Order Items: Returns for non-standard, non-stocked, or special order items are not guaranteed. Customers must confirm the returns policy with usprior to placing a special order. If a return is accepted, a 30% handling feewill apply, subject to our supplier's acceptance of the return.
Custom Items: Items that have been specially machined or cut to size arenon-returnableunder any circumstances.
Important Notes:
In the rare event that a refund is issued, a30% restocking feewill apply to cover administrative and handling costs.
Wern-wood reserves the right to refuse any return or in-store credit if the above conditions are not met.

Used the timber to construct raised beds, some on legs, with batons to finish around the edges. Worked really well, very strong and sturdy, expect them to last for many years. Best price I could find anywhere for the timber I was after.

Delivery was within 4 days of ordering, as I was out when the delivery arrived the driver unloaded the wood to the garage for my wife and was very polite I will be ordering from this company again .
