OSB3 for roofing
OSB3 is widely used for shed roofs and roof decking. 11mm OSB3 is a common option for suitably supported shed roofs, while 18mm OSB3 provides a stiffer deck where a thicker board is required. OSB3 for flooring, lofts and decked areas
18mm OSB3 is commonly chosen for floors, loft boarding and storage decks. Standard square-edge OSB works well where sheet joints are properly supported. For an interlocking joint between adjoining sheets, choose our 18mm OSB3 Tongue & Groove Board.
What does OSB3 mean?
OSB stands for oriented strand board. OSB3 is designed for structural use in humid conditions, making it a practical sheet material for many roofing, flooring and general building applications. It is moisture resistant, not waterproof.
