Description
Moisture resistant MDF (MR MDF) is a specially engineered sheet material designed for interior applications where increased resistance to moisture and humidity is required. Manufactured using fine wood fibres bonded with a moisture-resistant resin, MR MDF offers the same smooth, consistent finish as standard MDF with improved performance in damp environments.
This makes moisture resistant MDF suitable for use in areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, and other internal spaces where occasional exposure to moisture may occur. While more resistant than standard MDF, it is not waterproof and should not be used in external or permanently wet conditions.
