We work hard to keep our prices competitive. If you find the same product cheaper at a qualifying competitor, we’ll do our best to match it.

How to request a price match

Send us the details using the form below (or contact us using the options listed). We’ll review your request and respond as quickly as possible during working hours.

Please include:

  • The product name, size/specification, and quantity you need

  • A link (URL) to the competitor’s listing (or a written quote)

  • The competitor’s total price including delivery

  • Your delivery postcode (or confirm if you’re collecting)

  • Your name and best contact details

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

A price match request may be accepted where all the following apply:

  1. Like-for-like match
    The item must be the exact same product including:

    • brand/manufacturer (if applicable)

    • grade/specification (e.g., strength class, treatment, finish)

    • dimensions/lengths/thickness

    • pack size/quantity

    • certification (e.g., FSC/PEFC where relevant)

    • any included accessories/components

  2. In stock and available to buy
    The competitor’s product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase (not “pre-order”, “made to order”, “POA”, or “limited availability” where supply can’t be verified).

  3. Delivery included in the comparison
    The comparison price must include the full cost of delivery to the same delivery postcode (or equivalent collection basis if you are collecting).
    If the competitor’s delivery cost is not shown, you must provide evidence of the delivery price.

  4. Evidence required
    We must be able to verify the competitor’s price at the time we review your request. Acceptable evidence includes a live product page URL, written quotation, or screenshot showing:

    • item details

    • price

    • stock status

    • delivery cost (or delivery method)
      We may request additional information to confirm the match.

  5. Competitor criteria
    The competitor must be a genuine UK retailer/merchant trading in the UK. We reserve the right to exclude:

    • marketplace sellers (e.g., third-party sellers on marketplaces)

    • auction sites

    • private sales

    • clearance/outlet-only lines

    • pricing errors or obvious misprints

Exclusions

Price Match does not apply to:

  • bespoke or custom-made products

  • end-of-line, clearance, liquidation, or “damaged/seconds” items

  • bundle deals, multi-buy offers, free gift promotions, or loyalty/member-only pricing

  • finance/credit promotions or time-limited flash sales where price cannot be verified

  • quote-only pricing where specification/availability is unclear

  • competitor prices that require additional conditions (membership, trade-only access, minimum quantities, vouchers, or referral discounts)

  • services (cutting, machining, installation) unless explicitly included like-for-like

How the price match is applied

  • If approved, we may provide a discount code, a custom quote, or a manual price adjustment (method may vary).

  • A price match is typically applied before purchase. If you’ve already ordered, contact us as soon as possible—any adjustment is at our discretion and may not be possible once an order is processed.

Quantity limits

  • We may limit price matching to reasonable quantities for domestic/trade supply and to available stock levels.

Fair use

  • We reserve the right to refuse any request that we believe is not genuine, cannot be verified, or is intended to exploit pricing errors.

Changes

  • We may update or withdraw this Price Match Promise at any time without notice. The terms in effect at the time of your request will apply.
