No. Concrete gravel boards are designed for compatible concrete fence posts and should not be used with timber posts.
Adding a bracket does not change that. If your fence uses timber posts, use a timber gravel board instead.
Timber gravel boards are more flexible: they can be used with timber posts and can also be used with concrete posts. Concrete gravel boards should stay with the concrete-post system they are designed for.
