Description
Softwood internal door lining kit for forming internal door frames. Each set includes two uprights, one reversible head and loose door stops, with the head suitable for either a 2'6" (762mm) or 2'9" (838mm) door.
Supplied unfinished, the softwood can be painted, stained or varnished after fitting. Choose the lining depth to suit the finished wall construction.

Door lining sizes
- 32 × 115mm nominal: finished approx. 27.5 × 108mm
- 32 × 138mm nominal: finished approx. 27.5 × 132mm
- 32 × 150mm nominal: finished approx. 27.5 × 145mm
Measure the finished wall thickness, including plasterboard, plaster or skim where applicable, before selecting the lining depth. Do not rely only on a standard wall build-up, particularly on existing walls.

Completing the door opening
Once the lining is fitted, architrave is used to finish the joint between the door lining and the wall. We stock unfinished pine and primed MDF profiles to suit different interior finishes.
Building a new stud wall?
If you are forming the opening as part of a new partition, use CLS timber for the studwork and this door lining kit to finish the internal door opening.
