Do not assume 2.65mm is the default fixing for graded roof battens
Current NFRC roofing-batten guidance refers to 3.35mm diameter nails, typically 65mm long, while also requiring the final fixing size and type to suit the roof's fixing calculation. If you are fixing BS 5534 tile or slate battens, confirm the roof specification before buying nails.
