Description
These are the specified colour-matched 4 × 28mm self-drilling screws used to assemble a DuraPost VISTA composite fence bay. They secure the VISTA aluminium profiles and board arrangement to the DuraPost system while keeping the visible fixings consistent with the frame finish.
When do I need them?
Every VISTA bay requires the specified self-drilling fixings. Birkdale recommends one bag of 16 screws per panel.

Where are the screws used?
The screws are used through the DuraPost/VISTA aluminium profile arrangement at the positions shown in the manufacturer fitting instructions. Birkdale recommends fixing every other composite board, alternating from one side of the bay to the other.
Important fitting instructions
- Do not use an impact driver.
- If there is no aligned hole in the steel post, pre-drill with a 5mm metal drill bit.
- Use the specified screw positions rather than adding unnecessary fixings through the system.
- Select the fixing colour to match the chosen aluminium frame finish.
Which colour do I need?
Choose Anthracite Grey screws with Anthracite Grey profiles, or Black screws with Black profiles. The board colour can be selected independently.
