Choose the agricultural fence post around the job
For stock fencing, fields and paddocks, the main difference is the finish and the job each post is doing. Intermediate posts carry the fence line; heavier strainers take the tension at ends, corners and other strain points.
Cundy, machined round and square posts
Cundy peeled posts are the rustic, economical option for long agricultural runs. Machined round posts give a smoother, more regular finish. Square agricultural posts provide flat fixing faces for wire, rails and heavier timber layouts.
Creosote-treated agricultural posts
Creosote-treated round posts are a specialist option for permitted professional and agricultural fencing uses. Check suitability for the job before ordering.
