The locking hasp and staple is a compact integrated locking-style fitting for lighter applications. A Brenton bolt provides a sliding bolt and may accept a padlock in a compatible arrangement. A long throw lock is a dedicated gate-lock option where a more deliberate locking system is required.
Before ordering: Check the hasp length reaches comfortably across the gate-to-post or door-to-frame gap. Confirm the staple and padlock shackle are compatible. A hasp does not make weak timber, exposed fixings or an undersized post secure.
