The HORIZON Gate Ironmongery & Accessories Kit is the dedicated hardware package for creating a gate within a DuraPost HORIZON aluminium fencing scheme. It belongs with the HORIZON gate arrangement rather than the standard timber-gate or general DuraPost aluminium-gate hardware.
Who is it for?
Use it where a HORIZON boundary includes a pedestrian gate and the aim is to preserve the same clean, architectural aluminium language across the opening.
Where does it fit into the HORIZON system?
A HORIZON fence is built from 600mm Screen and/or Privacy aluminium modules held by HORIZON infill profiles. At a gate opening, the normal bay gives way to a gate-specific arrangement with appropriate square gate posts, gate components and this dedicated ironmongery/accessory kit.
Plan the gate before the fence reaches it
Confirm the gate width, opening direction, post positions and adjoining fence connections before installing the gate posts. Where the HORIZON fence continues from a gate post, provide the correct U-Channel or HORIZON connection profile on the fencing side.
