Description

Clear 0.8mm corrugated PVC roofing sheet in a 3" ASB profile. A lightweight plastic roof sheet for sheds, lean-tos, canopies, carports and rooflight sections where you want daylight through the roof.

Sizes

  • 762 × 1830mm – approximately 6ft long
  • 762 × 2440mm – approximately 8ft long
  • 762 × 3050mm – approximately 10ft long

The sheet is 762mm wide. A 3" ASB sheet has an approximate 651mm cover width once correctly side-lapped.

Installation basics

  • Minimum roof pitch: 5°. A pitch of 10° or more is preferred for better water run-off.
  • End lap: At least 150mm at a 10° pitch, increasing to 300mm at a 5° pitch.
  • Drilling: Pre-drill fixing holes larger than the fixing to allow for expansion.
  • Cutting: Use a fine-tooth saw or suitable cutting disc, supporting the sheet to reduce vibration.
  • Fixing: Use fixings intended for corrugated PVC roofing and avoid over-tightening.

Store sheets flat and protected from direct sunlight before installation, as heat build-up in stacked clear sheets can cause distortion.
