DuraPost Commercial Offset Bolt Down is the galvanised bolt-down support for compatible DuraPost Commercial posts. It is used where the commercial post system needs to be fixed onto a suitable solid base rather than installed as a conventional dug-in post.
The 400mm offset support is a commercial-system component; do not substitute the smaller Classic-post bolt-down.
Before installation
Confirm the commercial post specification, fence height, loading and the suitability of the existing concrete before fixing. Set out the complete run and use anchors appropriate to the structural base.
