Description
BZP Cup Square Hex Coach Bolts (also known as carriage bolts) are strong threaded fasteners commonly used for joining timber or timber-to-metal connections. They feature a smooth domed head with a square neck underneath, designed to grip into the material and prevent the bolt from turning when the nut is tightened.
The square section beneath the head embeds into timber or fits into a square hole, allowing the bolt to lock in place so tightening can be done from the nut side only.
The Bright Zinc Plated (BZP) finish provides basic corrosion resistance, making these bolts suitable for general construction and indoor or sheltered outdoor applications.
