Bank Holiday 12% Off – Terms & Conditions

Use discount code BANKHOLIDAY12 to receive 12% off eligible products during our Bank Holiday promotion.

The offer ends at 11:59pm on Monday 31 August 2026. The discount code must be successfully applied at checkout before the promotion ends.

Offer terms

  • The discount applies only to eligible products and reduces the eligible product subtotal by 12%.
  • Durapost, Gatemate and Birkdale products are excluded from this promotion and will not receive the 12% discount.
  • Delivery charges and other non-product charges are not discounted.
  • The code must be entered and applied at the time the order is placed. It cannot be added retrospectively after checkout.
  • The promotion cannot be backdated. Orders placed before the promotion began are not eligible for the discount, even if they have not yet been delivered, collected or fulfilled.
  • Existing orders cannot be cancelled and reordered solely to obtain the promotional discount. Wern-Wood reserves the right to refuse or cancel a replacement order where an existing order has been cancelled in an attempt to retrospectively claim the promotion.
  • The offer applies only to orders completed during the promotional period. Adding items to a basket before the deadline does not reserve the discount.
  • The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other alternative.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, the offer cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code or promotional discount.
  • All products remain subject to availability.
  • If an item purchased using the promotion is returned or refunded, any refund due will be based on the amount actually paid for that item after the promotional discount was applied.
  • Normal Wern-Wood ordering, delivery, collection, cancellation and returns terms continue to apply.
  • Wern-Wood reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, including in the event of an error, misuse or circumstances outside our control.

Excluded brands

The following brands are specifically excluded because they are already sold at tightly controlled promotional pricing:

  • Durapost
  • Gatemate
  • Birkdale

If a basket contains both eligible and excluded products, the 12% discount will apply only to the eligible products.
